The bungalows were really cute and the bed was huge and comfy. the terrace had a nice view of the pool and the decor was spot on. the staff was really friendly and welcoming and they made us feel at home. the breakfast was yummy and it provided us with enough energy for the day. We were surprised to find some mini markets and roadside stalls nearby which offered some delicious food.

The proximity of the main road made it noisy and difficult to sleep at times, especially when large trucks passed by. the location was a bit inconvenient as it was in the middle of nowhere, although it suited us as a stopover on our journey.

Our stay at Aldea Balam was exceptional. The hotel's beautiful property, including the pool and spacious rooms, exceeded our expectations. The staff recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby, Parador22, which had amazing Argentine and Italian food. The location was perfect for exploring cenotes and offered a peaceful retreat. Despite some road noise and the distance from Tulum, the hotel's charm, comfort, and lovely atmosphere made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved how easy it was to explore the area without feeling overwhelmed. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail that made my stay even more enjoyable. Oh, and the breakfast spread was simply delicious! This hotel truly offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.
